Buged trinket in PvP - Harbinger's Inscrutable Will

This trinket is still buged even after that ,,Fix,, yesterday. I was in skirmish arena who lasted 1min20sec and that trinked proced 5 times with 50k hits..
So im sure if trinket with 425 ilvl doing 34k dmg out of arena cant hit 50k in arena with pvp mode on or im wrong?
