[Declined] Making a PvE WOD server

I would like a PvE server because i want to relax and play wow but then out of nowhere  a lvl 100 rogue pops out in stonetalon peaks and i cant do shit plus he runs around my corpse so even when I  respawn he kills me again. i love this game and i would like to enjoy it without assholes killing people who are 60 lvl below them
