Warchief's Blessing

Hello, I am new around here, and recently I encountered a bug with the Warchief's Blessing quest.

It simply won't let me interact with the Warchief, no exclamation mark above his head, nothing. So I can't complete the quest and the questchain, thus I can't runeforge.

I tried abandoning and retrying several times, tried logging in and out, but none could fix it.

Do I have to remake my character and redo all the stuff, or is there a way around this?

I'd be very thankful if someone could help.

I made another deathknight, with same looks and all and it doesnt work with that one either, this is getting annoying.
