[Declined] NPC FOR TWINKS

Hello

I want just to share my suggestion!

Can you guys create a vendor for twinks and to put in the vendor Bloody Dancing Steel enchant because going in Pandaria is bannable for low level and alot of high rated twinks (like me) want that enchant!
