Might of the Frozen Wastes and Threat of Thassarian

Both are working incorrectly, more-so MotFW.

Since MotFW is working incorrectly, Frost 2H is missing a huge chunk of damage on its main spells that constitute nearly 75-90% of its total damage (Obliterate, Frost Strike, Soul Reaper, Plague Strike). Fixing these two would be in total a huge buff for Frost 2H DK. We're talking maybe 10-30% increase. Considering Frost DK was already lagging behind Unholy in DPS at this point, it needs that buff. Not to mention that it sucked in SoO with these buffs.

Since my laptop died, I have no way of logging the game or even checking the tracker that often.

But as soon as I get home, I'll make sure to have a thorough look at it.
