but the problem is is that it is only available for WoD users

as i played short time on retail, end of 5.4.8 i saw that mount on that patch too, so why they cant add it?

since if im right did someone check the database, and it was not yet there for us. even on atlas loot it states its there but its black on the icon etc, which does probably state the fact it does excist but not yet implemented i guess

 

besides that is this a general suggestion for all expansions, and not only for pandaria/WoD and idk how that works with the account shared mounts thing

If this is the gerneral suggestions for all servers, then could you refer us to the suggestions for specific servers?
